Position Overview
The Technical Staffing Coordinator serves as a key operations partner for the Systems and Software Engineering (SES) Division, ensuring engineering personnel are effectively identified, evaluated, and aligned to NAVAIR-supported requirements. This role leverages technical awareness, program knowledge, and close coordination with Sabre's Recruiting Department to maintain a reliable, cleared talent pipeline and support timely workforce placement across active and emerging SES efforts.
The coordinator focuses on operational readiness, cleared labor alignment, and facilitating the end-to-end staffing process for highly technical roles. This role is an on‑site position located at Sabre Systems' Lexington Park, Maryland office.

Compensation Statement
At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Review & Engagement: Support the identification and evaluation of cleared technical candidates, maintaining ongoing awareness of available pipelines and ensuring alignment with SES project staffing needs.
- Operational Representation: Serve as a subject matter resource for SES, effectively communicating division capabilities, project requirements, and technical expectations to Recruiters and prospective candidates.
- Outreach & Coordination: Participate in SES-related staffing events, career fairs, conferences, and networking engagements to strengthen visibility and support future workforce planning.
- Staffing Process Support: Assist in coordinating the full staffing lifecycle with Sabre's Recruiters to include screening resumes and technical qualification through offer extension, onboarding facilitation, and ensuring compliance with contract-driven requirements.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with engineering and technical hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions, calibrate role requirements, create job requisitions to support accurate hiring and placement of technical personnel.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field).
- Experience: Professional experience in staffing coordination, technical workforce support, or operational personnel alignment.
- Security Clearance: Active U.S. Secret Clearance required at minimum.
- Citizenship: U . S. Citizenship required due to federal contract obligations.
- Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical role information to internal teams and candidate audiences.
- Technical Familiarity: Demonstrated ability to understand technical role requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting staffing or workforce operations within defense, intelligence, or federal contracting environments.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or candidate management platforms; experience with iCIMS preferred.
- Working knowledge of engineering disciplines, software development workflows, and clearance-based staffing requirements.
