EPM/ERP Finance Functional-Technical Specialist

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Accounting and Finance Technology on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for finance-process expertise with hands-on experience configuring, supporting, or analyzing EPM and ERP platforms.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in 1 or more of the following;
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, or cost accounting
• Momentum, OneStream, SAP FICO/PaPM, Oracle EPM/EPBCS, or Cognos TM1
• Requirements, configuration, integrations, testing, or data remediation
• Financial data mapping, reporting, and process improvement
• Ability to translate finance needs into technical solutions
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning or Enterprise Performance Management implementations
• Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, or test scripts
• Experience in government or public sector environments
• Experience with finance transformation, shared services, or global business services initiatives
• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant credential

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
