Role Summary
Stratias is supporting the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) program at USTRANSCOM. We are looking for a Data Analyst to lead data migration, quality, and governance for a new system that will improve financial auditability and transportation logistics management. You will work with a team of analysts to move and cleanse legacy data into the SAP ecosystem. You will also establish the governance framework that keeps that data trustworthy.
Responsibilities
-Collaborate with a team of data analysts on the migration, cleansing, and integration of data from multiple legacy systems into SAP.
-Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.
-Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
-Develop and implement a structured data governance framework aligned with DoD and USTRANSCOM data policies and standards.
-Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
-Develop and maintain a metadata repository documenting data assets, definitions, and lineage.
Qualifications
-10+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in government or defense.
-Proven track record executing strategic data management and integration programs.
-Extensive ERP experience, particularly implementation and data migration, including large-scale migration projects.
-Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
-Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
-Ability to present plans and strategies to executive-level audiences, with strong written and verbal communication.
-Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field.
Nice to Have
-Familiarity with DoD logistics systems.
-SAP expertise, preferably public sector or DoD.
-Direct experience with commercial and federal supply chain best practices.
-SAFe certification and Agile experience.
