- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and system issues.
- Manage user accounts and access controls.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure system availability and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Active Secret clearance required.
