Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and best practices to ensure the availability, security, and performance of our network systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage network hardware, software, and systems.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against threats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff on network-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, etc.).
• Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Proficiency in network management tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP.
• Experience with cloud networking and virtualization.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
