Job Description
Position Title: Budget Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized)
Clearance required: SECRET
Scope of Work: Provides budget and financial analyst support to ONR Code 32, executing ad hoc financial and business reports for Program Officers and supporting the annual phasing and planning process. Assists Program Officers in developing spend plans and forecasts burn rates against benchmarks and phasing plans
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Execute ad hoc financial and business reports for Program Officers
- Assist in the annual phasing and planning process and help Program Officers develop spend plans
- Perform forecasts on burn rates compared to benchmarks and phasing plans
- Support planning, execution, tracking, and reconciliation of departmental finances and budget calls
- Assist in responding to data calls concerning financial aspects of programs
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of budgeting experience in S&T and R&D programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Excel)

- Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience
