Position Title: Field Operations / Demo Manager

Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized) 

Clearance required: SECRET 

Scope of Work: Manages field operations and technology demonstrations for ONR Code 32 S&T programs. Develops and executes complex technical tasks, provides technical direction to support staff, and interfaces with Government and prime contractor personnel.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop and execute complex technical tasks applying analytical problem-solving methodologies 


• Provide technical direction to support staff and effectively allocate resources 


• Support the integration, demonstration, and transition of S&T programs 


• Report at short notice on relevant program technologies and capabilities for executive audiences 


• Coordinate across Navy and Marine Corps warfare areas

• Active Secret clearance 


• U.S. citizenship 


• Masters of Science degree from an accredited university 


• Ten (10) years of operational DoD experience 


• Ten (10) years of experience managing DoD programs, field testing and evaluation, and data analysis 

Desired:

• Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience 


• Top Secret clearance active at time of contract award 


• Masters of Science in a technical or managerial area
