Position Title: Operations Support Specialist / Logistics

Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized) 

Clearance required: SECRET 

Scope of Work: Provides logistics operations support to ONR Code 32, including pier-side material handling, shipping and storage of commercial, EAR, and ITAR technologies, and at-sea/field experimentation support. Supports test planning, execution, and specialized integration and testing of maritime systems.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Support pier-side operations for material handling, safety assurance, security procedures, HAZMAT storage, and crane operations for heavy lift 

• Manage shipping and storage of commercial, EAR, and ITAR related technologies 

• Coordinate with military airlift, load masters, and load planning, including shipping container requirements and documentation 

• Support at-sea, field, and airborne experimentation planning, direction, and execution 

• Perform integration and testing on submersibles, SDVs, underwater vehicles, autonomous surface and aerial vehicles, and profiling floats 

• Active Secret clearance 


• U.S. citizenship 


• Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university, or a high school diploma with at least ten (10) years of experience providing logistical, administrative, business, and financial support 


• Experience with the Navy demonstration/experiment process and planning conferences 


• Experience executing test plans and the approval process, including water space management, frequency approvals, and battery safety and storage plans 


• Experience in integration and testing of RF, HF, optical, and acoustic communication equipment

Desired:

• Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience
