Job Summary:
Simulation Data Manager (Sim Data) provides support for simulation and model testing for NASA payload training for the International Space Station (ISS). Assignments tend to be of moderate complexity, diversification or expense. Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and process to meet goals outlined. This role will receive instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments from the team lead who will work with management and other stakeholders.
Detailed Description:
Sim Data should be knowledgeable in the following areas:
A successful candidate will require great interpersonal communication skills for working and negotiating with customers and peers. They will be a high energy individual who is a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly. The individual must be easily adaptable to changing priorities and tasks, forward thinking, able to envision the big picture, and a strong problem solver. Other characteristics desired include being assertive, professional, confident, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, science, or related field.
Years of Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in a related field and 0-2 years' experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work experience in training, coordination, science, or engineering is a plus.
