Operations Integration and Delivery, Managed Services Manager

Work you'll do

As an Operations Integration and Delivery, Managed Services Manager on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day delivery of an assigned workstream, including scope, schedule, resources, milestones, risks, quality, governance, and deliverables
• Driving convergence across programs, teams, workflows, infrastructure, mission systems, and service-delivery activities
• Translating mission objectives and stakeholder requirements into integration plans, standard operating procedures, dependency maps, service-level requirements, and decision materials
• Facilitating requirements, integration, risk, and stakeholder working sessions while documenting decisions, actions, owners, dependencies, and next steps
• Monitoring contractor and subcontractor performance, recurring status reporting, performance metrics, escalations, and executive briefings to support task-order execution and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance
• Ability to work onsite at Hanscom Base
• 3+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense or defense-sector programs in program management, project management office operations, modernization, process improvement, or organizational change
• 3+ years of experience managing workstreams with multiple stakeholders, teams, vendors, subcontractors, and interdependent milestones
• 3+ years of experience developing governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, execution plans, service-level agreements, key performance indicators, or program reporting
• 3+ years of experience with risk assessment, mitigation planning, issue escalation, executive reporting, and security or compliance requirements in government contracting environments
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure modernization, secure network environments, mission systems, command and control, or battle management capabilities
• Experience supporting indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts, task orders, blanket purchase agreements, or other federal contract vehicles
• Experience managing service-level agreements, key performance indicators, contractor performance, service execution plans, or vendor accountability
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, systems engineering, model-based systems engineering, requirements management, or test and evaluation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Massachusetts, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Massachusetts and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
