• Salary Range -$85,000 to $90,000


• Clearance - A successful candidate must have an active "Secret" clearance to be considered.

Summary


This contract is in support of the Headquarters, United States Army Reserve to provide Analyst Support Services.


Job Description

• Army Campaign Plan Analysis


• Force Projection Analysis


• Provide G35 strategic planning support to include planning for LSCO, LSMO, and Mobilization.


• Provide analytical support to the G-3/5 Plans Section


• Provide analytical support to the G-3/5/7 Plans Section


• Utilize a variety of information systems, automation tools, and government approved artificial intelligence(AI) in the completion of tasks.


• Prepare command and senior leader presentations, briefs, executive summaries, reports etc.


• Provide information, clarification and answer request for information


• Maintain the accuracy and provide updates to the organization SharePoint site and division Microsoft Teams folders.


• Synchronize and update support plans and requirements necessary to support USAR Operations


• Conduct MDMP Analysis


• Conduct data analysis of HQ-USAR initiatives and projects to include the development of metrics / key performance indicators to accurately capture data and associated performance.


• Participate in meetings, operational planning teams, working groups as assigned.


• Produce and participate in General Officer Information updates and briefs


• Prepares command and senior leader briefs, reports and information papers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years’ experience in management or supervision and a minimum of four years of that experience shall have been in DoD Staff Leadership


• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher


• Command and General Staff or Sergeants Major Academy Graduate


• 7 to 10 years of Army Reserve Experience


• Experience working at the Senior Staff


• Must have a Secret Clearance
