Jr. Systems Integrator

Overview

VTG is seeking a Systems Integrator for a technical development program of 200+ FTE supporting the Sponsor's Attribute/Entitlement Services within the IDAM/ICAM space. Our Access Team, with Sponsor oversight and guidance, collaborates and communicates with a wide variety of stakeholders and provides security guidance related to identity and access management and the Sponsor's cybersecurity policies and regulations. The team ensures compliance with Sponsor policies and regulations through security monitoring, access management, and policy enforcement.

What will you do?

• Manage Data Transfer Officer (DTO) access, eligibility, credentials, training, compliance tracking, and reporting across multiple networks and systems.
• Track DTO training, access, and data-transfer activities and maintain appropriate records for compliance and senior management reporting.
• Lead technical projects supporting identities, credentials, and access management
• Support certificate, credential, and account lifecycle management for privileged and non-privileged accounts.
• Monitor and enforce cybersecurity policies and access controls for accounts, credentials, systems, and sensitive data transfers.
• Ensure access and data-transfer activities comply with applicable Sponsor cybersecurity policies, regulations, Certificate Policy, and Certificate Practice Statement requirements.
• Review, approve and manage DTO accounts and accesses based on established security requirements and posture.
• Manage and track the lifecycles of DTO credentials.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, network, and IAM teams to resolve technical and security issues associated with account and credentials.
• Respond to questions regarding access, cybersecurity policies, credentials, and data-transfer procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate access, credential, and data-transfer processes.
• Support improvements to data-transfer applications by identifying and documenting technical and security requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Sponsor management to address access, credential, IAM, and cybersecurity requirements.

Do you have what it takes?

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of demonstrable experience providing identity and access management (IAM) and cybersecurity guidance in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience managing privileged and non-privileged accounts, credentials, certificates, and access throughout their lifecycle.
