Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to support a large-scale, 200+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor's Entitlement Programs, Identity and Access Management (IdAM/ICAM), Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, and Digital Policy Management initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to support a large-scale, 200+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor's Entitlement Programs, Identity and Access Management (IdAM/ICAM), Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, and Digital Policy Management initiatives.
What will you do?
- Design, develop, maintain, and modernize enterprise full-stack applications.
- Develop backend applications and services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop modern frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Develop Java and Angular applications that leverage Elasticsearch.
- Maintain and modernize existing legacy applications while ensuring continuity of mission-critical services.
- Design, develop, and implement custom ETL methodologies and processes.
- Develop custom scripts to install, configure, and deploy application code within AWS EC2 instances.
- Leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests using Selenium.
- Troubleshoot software defects and implement technically sound solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements and specifications and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Work within Agile and Scrum methodologies, participating in sprint planning, development, testing, and delivery activities.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for requirements tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.
- Utilize Git and Jenkins to support source control, builds, continuous integration, and deployment activities.
- Work within Red Hat Linux (RHEL) environments using command-line tools.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation covering application design, implementation, and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior developers and promote software engineering and development best practices across the team.
Do you have what it takes?
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 6-10 years of relevant professional software development experience.
- Demonstrated Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong hands-on development experience with:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Angular
- TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience developing applications that leverage Elasticsearch.
- Experience maintaining and modernizing legacy applications.
- Experience designing and developing custom ETL processes/methodologies.
- Experience developing scripts to install and configure applications within AWS EC2 environments.
- Experience working within Red Hat Linux (RHEL) command-line environments.
- Experience with unit testing and peer code reviews.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, preferably Selenium.
- Experience analyzing customer requirements and developing software solutions that satisfy technical specifications.
- Working knowledge of:
