Network Engineer - Public Trust

Dunhill Government Solutions is hiring a Network Engineer to support a federal health program's enterprise systems. This is a full-time, fully remote role based in the U.S., providing senior-level network engineering, troubleshooting and capacity planning across large-scale healthcare systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations
• Direct the compilation of records and reports on network operations and maintenance
• Troubleshoot network performance issues; analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions
• Monitor and respond to complex technical control facility hardware and software problems
• Work with vendor support groups to ensure proper escalation during outages or degraded performance
• Perform system-level design and configuration, including hardware, OS and platform specifications

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of systems/network engineering experience
• Experience with healthcare systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
• U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust (Tier 3 investigation)
• Experience in network engineering, configuration management, problem management and performance management
• LAN/WAN and Internet networking fundamentals; TCP/IP, DNS records, IP and NAT addressing
• Hands-on Windows and Linux connection troubleshooting, including basic networking commands
• Experience with Remedy and ServiceNow

Preferred:

• Large-scale enterprise system-of-systems integration and deployment
• Cerner EHR implementation experience
• Familiarity with DoD configuration management and systems engineering methodologies
• HL7 and electronic health record testing experience

Details: Full-time, fully remote (U.S.).

Compensation: $115,600-$135,000 per year.
