Job Description
Description: NSI requires a Journeyman Program Analyst to support the PMA 259 Program Office. The Journeyman Program Analyst will provide acquisition and program management support for weapon system programs throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Support the development, coordination, review, and tracking of program documentation and procurement actions; monitors milestones, schedules, requirements, and deliverables; conducts research and analysis to support planning and program decisions; coordinates across functional teams and all levels of leadership to gather inputs, resolve issues, and communicate status; and assists with maintaining program data, reporting, and management tools.
Location: Lexington Park, MD
Education: BA/BS degree
Experience: 3 to 10 ten years of experience performing same or equivalent described in the functional description. Knowledge of DoD acquisition policy, processes, and documentation related to the acquisition and life cycle management of military acquisition programs (DoD 5000 series). Demonstrated experience and confidence coordinating and communicating with all levels of leadership and cross-functional teams to gather input, resolve issues, track actions, and support program priorities. Experience with or working knowledge of acquisition and program management tools and systems, such as AMS, RDAIS, DAVE, CPARS, and PMRT. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple taskers and priorities, track actions and deliverables, and meet established deadlines.
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
