Zachary Piper Solutions is systems engineering, acquisitions, space operations integration, and program management talent with military or industrial experience in National Security Space for their SETA team in El Segundo, California. We support the Space Systems Command (SSC) in delivering sustainable joint space capabilities. This includes aiding portfolios, which are crucial for maintaining space superiority and ensuring the security of national and allied space assets.

Customers we support which include but are not limited to:

• Space Systems Command (SSC).
• Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power (SDACP).
• Battle Management Command Control & Communications (BMC3).
• Space Force Combat Forces Command (CFC/SpOC) - Delta 3, 6, 9, 11, and 12.
• Operational Test & Training Infrastructure (OTTI).

Program Overview:

Our program is dedicated to providing comprehensive acquisition and engineering support to the U.S. Space Force's (USSF) space control weapon systems capability development at both the Program Executive Office (PEO) and Program Management Office (PMO) levels. By leveraging our expertise, we assist in the development, acquisition, and fielding of advanced space warfighting capabilities.

• Space Systems Engineers (Space & Ground Requirements).
• Systems Engineers (Requirements).
• Space Operations Integration Engineers.
• SETA Software Engineer (SDLC/Program Oversight/Palantir Integration/C2 SWS).
• Acquisition Program Managers/Specialists.
• Program Managers.
• Contracts Specialists.
• Digital Engineers (MBSE System of System Architecting).

General Requirements:

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI upgrade eligibility.
• Years of experience: 5-15+.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PHD in the related field of engineering, business, space operations, or related field.
• Relevant experience in aerospace engineering, capability development, electronic warfare, satellite engineering, space operations, and military PEO or PMO environments.
• Experience with DoD weapon system program offices.

Compensation:

• Salary: $150,000 - $215,000 (based on position and experience).
• Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days PTO, 11 federal holidays, and sick leave as required by law.
