Agile Product Lead Senior

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Agile Product Lead Senior to support a company focused on federal modernization, cloud transformation, and mission-critical technology initiatives. This position is on-site in Huntsville, AL.

The Agile Product Lead Senior will lead product strategy, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery supporting a major federal modernization and data migration program. This is an opportunity to play a key role in modernizing critical government systems by aligning mission requirements with cloud, data, application, and migration initiatives supporting high-impact national missions.

Responsibilities for the Agile Product Lead Senior include:

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating mission and technical requirements into well-defined user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters, developers, engineers, QA, cloud, and data teams to support sprint execution and keep Agile delivery aligned with program priorities
• Work directly with government stakeholders and program leadership to gather requirements, establish priorities, and communicate product progress, risks, and upcoming capabilities
• Drive release readiness by supporting sprint reviews, PI planning, demonstrations, testing coordination, and validation of completed features
• Maintain product roadmaps, Agile documentation, delivery metrics, and other program artifacts to track dependencies, performance, and modernization objectives

Required Qualifications for the Agile Product Lead Senior include:

• 8+ years of experience in product ownership, Agile delivery, technical program support, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery efforts, managing product backlogs, and supporting complex technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of cloud, data, application development, modernization, and/or data migration environments
• Experience translating technical and mission requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product priorities
• Must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications for the Agile Product Lead Senior include:

• Experience supporting DOJ, FBI, Intelligence Community, or other national security programs
• SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, or comparable Agile/Product Owner certification
• Experience with cloud modernization, enterprise systems, large-scale data migrations, DevSecOps, CI/CD, or microservices

Compensation for the Agile Product Lead Senior includes:

Salary Range: $145,000-$160,000, depending on experience
