ISSE
Candidates must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Program Description: We are seeking an ISSE to provide cyber security and security engineering services for the National Military Command Center (NMCC) customer including system security engineering, cybersecurity risk assessments, and security architecture support.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure, including computing environments, networking, and cybersecurity configurations.
Lead technical solutions from requirements and design through build, testing, and deployment.
Perform technical security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, cybersecurity noncompliance, and appropriate mitigation strategies.
Build, deploy, maintain, and patch HBSS Windows and ACAS RHEL 7.9/8 servers, including ePO, Security Center, and Nessus infrastructure.
Perform STIG and SCAP activities across Windows and RHEL environments and configure McAfee policies to meet security benchmarks.
Manage ACAS/Security Center vulnerability scanning, including provisioning accounts and troubleshooting Security Center and Nessus scanner issues.
Configure and maintain local YUM/RPM repositories to patch offline ACAS/RHEL servers.
Deploy and manage Rogue System Detection sensors to identify rogue subnets/endpoints, while documenting technical solutions, findings, and recommended actions.
