CEdge has an opportunity for aAI Adoption Coach – Product Development Lifecycle , This role is located in St. Louis/ O'Fallon,MO. We are looking for a candidate that has expertise in high volume, low latency transaction processing systems (such as payments transaction switching, high frequency trading systems or global real-time event streaming systems etc.)- Experience with various coding languages Java, Go, C++,ESQL, etc. ​this individual will be part of an important initiative to deliver a pivotal project for our client.

Experince Required:
Look for 12–20+ years of overall technology experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML/data transformation, instead of requiring 10 years specifically in GenAI.
The ideal candidate may have a consulting, cloud-provider, enterprise architecture, or executive-education background rather than a purely software-engineering background.
Abilities
Strategic thinker who can define a phased roadmap for AI adoption across the PDLC that aligns with business objectives and ties each initiative to clear value.
Strong cross-functional influencer capable of bridging product, engineering, devops, security, and compliance, ensuring AI improvements are coordinated rather than siloed.
Systems-oriented problem solver who can redesign workflows to fully leverage AI capabilities, not simply automate existing steps.
Outcome-focused and adaptable leader who drives toward measurable results while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance, and continuously refines approaches based on feedback and data.
