This Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation (EB&DT) position supports the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Division.
The selected candidate will be a member of the IT support team responsible for managing airgapped networks. This position will have a primary focus on supporting customers and network stakeholders with an emphasis on: service desk tasks, computer hardware, software and network support, systems imaging, Cyber Security technical tasks, vulnerability and asset management.

Basic Qualifications
- Active TOP Secret Clearance
- Most possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+)
- Ability to lift physical equipment up to 30 lbs.
- Experience in Windows 11 client side troubleshooting and resolution with domain joined assets
- Exemplary customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ogranizational skills
- Remote site travel within same geographic location, daily turnarounds.
Desired Skills
- Microsoft Windows Active Directory administration
- Experience supporting Government Accredited networks (JSIG/RMF)
- Experience with technical procedural documentation
- Experience with Powershell scripting
- Experience with application package creation and deployment using MECM.
- Experience with Thin clients, VDI solutions
- Basic network troubleshooting, layer 1 and 2.
