Financial Operations Specialist

Mayvin is seeking Financial Operations Specialist to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Management Services Division (MSD). This position supports the Resource Oversight team by supporting division wide financial transactions; provides tracking, oversight, and execution of financial transactions for construction projects and rent.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities :

• Support division-wide financial transactions for construction, rent, and other projects
• Track and process Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWAs), Reimbursable Agreements (RAs), obligations, de-obligations, transfers, and IPAC reports
• Monitor quarterly open obligations and financial close-outs for accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate deliverables with analysts and review work for accuracy before submission
• Identify process efficiencies and recommend improvements to financial operations
