Project Manager

Mayvin is seeking a Project Manager to support a broader mission within a Federal Law Enforcement agency in Washington, D.C., by leading the Partner Engagement Team (PET), overseeing MOUs, ensuring timely deliverables, verifying time and attendance, balancing workloads, and conducting quality assurance on documentation.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have a active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities :

• Verify time and attendance and coordinate with USCP staff to manage shifts as needed
• Monitor PET deliverables to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies
• Manage responses to requests for information (RFIs) and ensure timely submissions
• Conduct quality assurance checks on documentation produced by PET members
• Assign tasks, balance team workloads, and track production from receipt to completion using designated databases and applications
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to government personnel
• Draft clear, accurate, and grammatically correct reports
• Provide concise briefings and updates to USCP leadership and stakeholders
