Job Description:

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow platform implementations, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, including its architecture, best practices, and advanced functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical expert and advisor for ServiceNow implementations across various clients and projects.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using ServiceNow APIs, scripts, and integrations.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices, performance optimization, and security measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow implementations and customizations.
• Mentor and guide junior ServiceNow developers and engineers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including platform administration, development, and customization.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, APIs, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security features and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Professional).
• Experience with other enterprise software platforms and integration tools.
• Experience working in a consulting or advisory role.
