DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES
All Points is seeking a Systems Engineer III (Audio-Visual / Collaboration Engineer) to support NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) under the AEGIS Program in Houston, Texas.
This position serves as the primary subject matter expert for Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise collaboration technologies supporting conference rooms, mission support facilities, and workplace collaboration environments across NASA. The selected candidate will design, deploy, configure, administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise collaboration environments while supporting NASA's hybrid meeting and conferencing ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech, Cisco, Crestron, and enterprise conferencing technologies. This role combines systems engineering, unified communications, AV integration, hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and operational support responsibilities.

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Collaboration Engineering & Teams Rooms Administration
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms environments across Windows and Android platforms
• Administer Teams Rooms resource accounts, room scheduling, licensing, and Exchange integrations
• Utilize Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal and Teams Admin Center to monitor system health, performance, and operational status
• Plan, test, and deploy software updates, security patches, and firmware upgrades
• Standardize and maintain collaboration room technology configurations across multiple facilities
Audio-Visual Systems & Hardware Integration
• Install, configure, and support Logitech, Cisco, Crestron, and other Teams-certified conferencing devices
• Configure displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, touch panels, DSPs, and associated collaboration peripherals
• Lead physical installation activities including hardware deployment, device mounting, cable management, and room commissioning
• Evaluate, test, and standardize conferencing hardware and collaboration technologies
• Support AV-over-IP, audio DSP, display technologies, control systems, and conference room integrations
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of audio, video, conferencing, and control system issues
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and integration issues impacting collaboration environments
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for conference room technologies and collaboration platforms
• Support end users, engineering teams, mission support personnel, and executive stakeholders
Infrastructure & Integration Support
• Support Cisco Control Hub, Logitech Sync, Crestron XiO Cloud, and related management platforms
• Support integration between Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and conferencing technologies
• Assist with Conditional Access policies, collaboration security controls, and enterprise integrations
• Support TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, firewall requirements, and QoS optimization activities
Documentation & Reporting
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, configuration standards, and system diagrams
• Maintain room inventories, deployment documentation, and lifecycle records
• Generate reports related to conferencing system availability, utilization, and operational status
Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with networking, infrastructure, security, and Microsoft 365 teams
• Provide technical leadership for collaboration technology initiatives
• Support modernization efforts for enterprise collaboration environments
• Assist installation teams at other NASA centers as required
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in:
• Computer Science

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 8 years of relevant systems engineering, collaboration engineering, unified communications, AV engineering, or related experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise conferencing technologies, Microsoft Teams Rooms, audio-visual environments, or collaboration workspace technologies
