Simulator Operator

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Simulator Operator to join our team in support of the E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CWD) program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This role requires operating E-3 mission crew training simulators, supporting instructional events, and maintaining operator qualification and training records. Core Duties:


•   Operate and support all three Mission Crew Training System simulators for scheduled training events


•   Configure simulator systems, databases, communications, and scenario inputs in accordance with approved event requirements


•   Coordinate with instructors and exercise directors before, during, and after events to support training objectives


•   Monitor simulator performance, identify anomalies, and document or elevate technical issues for resolution


•   Qualify and maintain currency under the contractor-created, Government-approved training program


•   Complete annual performance evaluations and maintain training records in accordance with applicable Air Force requirements

Job Requirements


Requirements:


•   Provide support for Mission Crew Training System (MCTS) (should be able to support all three simulators)


•   Minimum of five (5) years' experience as an E-3 Simulator Operator, OR minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Weapons Controller, Section Lead, Air Battle Manager (ABM), or fighter pilot within the previous five (5) years


•   Must qualify In Accordance With (IAW) a contractor-created, Government-approved training program


•   Performance evaluations conducted annually


•   Training records maintained IAW AFI 33-322 and AFI 33-364


•   Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access


•   Must be a U.S. citizen or immigrant alien who qualifies for, or previously held, a U.S. security clearance


•   Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English


•   Must present a neat, professional appearance and comply with contractor identification requirements


•   Must identify as a contractor employee in telephone conversations and written correspondence


•   Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
