E-3G DRAGON Flight Engineer Instructor

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly organized and motivated E-3G Diminishing Manufacturing Sources Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON) Flight Engineer Instructor to join our team in support of the E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CWD) program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This role requires providing E-3G flight engineer instruction, evaluating aircrew performance, and maintaining safe and standardized training operations. This position is contingent upon award. Core Duties:


•   Provide E-3G DRAGON Flight Engineer academic, simulator, and flight instruction as assigned


•  Prepare and conduct briefings, instructional events, evaluations, debriefings, and remediation using approved courseware and procedures


•  Train and evaluate students in aircraft systems, normal and emergency procedures, crew coordination, and mission duties


•   Maintain required aircraft, instructor, medical, security, and training qualifications and currency


•   Apply risk-management and flight-safety requirements throughout training operations


•  Support the development, validation, and revision of flight engineer courseware and training materials

Job Requirements


Requirements:


•   Previous flight instructor experience within the last five years in any E-3 A/B/G or E-8 model, OR qualified as a contract FE instructor for any E-3 B/G or E-8 model within the last two years.


•   Previously qualified in any E-3 B/G or E-8 model aircraft within the last seven years.


•   Glass cockpit-qualified within the last five years.


•   Minimum of two (2) years' experience as an E-3 B/G or E-8 instructor.


•   Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access.


•   Must be a U.S. citizen or immigrant alien who qualifies for, or previously held, a U.S. security clearance.


•   Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.


•   Must present a neat, professional appearance and comply with contractor identification requirements.


•   Must identify as a contractor employee in telephone conversations and written correspondence.


•   Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

Desired Qualifications:


• Previous experience on E-3 (DRAGON or Communications, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management Communications, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM))


•   Previous flight evaluator experience in the applicable aircraft


•   Previous experience as an academic platform instructor or training device (simulator) instructor
