Section Lead Instructor

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Section Lead Instructor to join our team in support of the E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This role requires providing E-3 Section Lead instruction, mission crew coordination, student evaluation, and courseware development support. This position is contingent upon award. Core Duties:


•   Provide academic, training-device, and mission-system instruction for E-3 Section Lead duties


•   Train students in mission crew coordination, tactical decision-making, command and control procedures, and assigned Block 40/45 functions


•   Prepare, administer, and document student evaluations, feedback, and remediation


•   Maintain E-3 qualification, instructor certification, and proficiency for assigned lessons and events


•   Support courseware, scenario, examination, and instructional-material development and validation


•   Comply with Government certification, currency, security, safety, and training-record requirements

Job Requirements


Requirements:


•  Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a qualified Mission Crew Commander, Senior Director, Air Surveillance Officer, Section Lead Certified Air Battle Manager, or Electronic Combat Officer — or previously cross-trained contract instructor within the previous two years


•   At least two (2) years' experience as a qualified instructor in the E-3


•   Must have held E-3 Block 40/45 certification for at least one year


•   Completed a formal instructor methodology Criterion-Referenced Instruction/ Principles of Instruction (CRI/POI) course, or complete one within one year after hire


•   Practical experience with Courseware Development (CWD)


•   Bachelor's degree required, or must be obtained within twelve months


•   Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access


•   Must be a U.S. citizen or immigrant alien who qualifies for, or previously held, a U.S. security clearance


•   Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English


•   Must present a neat, professional appearance and comply with contractor identification requirements


•   Must identify as a contractor employee in telephone conversations and written correspondence


•   Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
