Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and road mapping sessions.
- Coach and support development teams in applying Scrum and Agile practices to meet sprint goals and Program Increment Objectives.
- Track team progress, identify and remove impediments, and address risks impacting delivery.
- Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA to manage sprints, backlogs, and monitor progress.
- Drive process improvements by analyzing team performance and strengthening Agile practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams.
- Experience with Agile project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and release planning.
- Knowledge of COTS software development and delivery processes.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
Salary Range
Salary Range: $70,000 - $118,000
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
