Data Quality and Governance Training Analyst

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Quality and Governance Training Analyst to join our team. The position is remote with the possibility of occasional client site travel that will differ from engagement to engagement but is expected to be 10% or less.

Currently, MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Quality and Governance Training Analyst to join our team. The position is remote with the possibility of occasional client site travel that will differ from engagement to engagement but is expected to be 10% or less.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the development, launch, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise data stewardship training program to empower domain experts.
• Evaluate organizational skill gaps and requirements to define target learning objectives for data quality and governance roles.
• Design and author comprehensive data quality and data stewardship training materials tailored to various stakeholders.
• Produce specialized video tutorials and instructional content covering the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool and operational workflows.
• Enable select data stewards to review training, gather actionable feedback, and refine training programs prior to enterprise rollout.
• Roll out finalized data governance and quality training courses enterprise-wide on the Learning Management System (LMS) and continuously optimize content.
• Support the data quality pilot using IDQ Analyst by conducting tool demos for leadership, assisting data stewards, and presenting pilot results to the data council.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience delivering data governance and/or data quality initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience developing and/or delivering training programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool.
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
• Familiarity with change management techniques and public sector engagements.
• Security+ certification or a data management certification (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional).

Clearance Requirements:

• Must possess US citizenship and an active Secret level clearance or higher.

Physical Requirements:

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
