Project Coordinator (Remote)

The Junior Project Coordinator works to support Project Managers throughout the product delivery lifecycle. The Junior Project Coordinator provides a wide range of general services that support the functional requirements of a product or customer activity. These areas may include data reporting, backlog support in JIRA, data quality analysis, administration or management support, documentation support for product artifacts including roadmaps and summary of JIRA sprint cycles.

This position is fully remote within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the functional requirements of a project or product activity. These areas may include project initiation, resource scheduling, status reporting, data quality analysis, quality assurance, system or business operations, administration or management support.
• Perform significant work responsibilities with minimal management oversight.
• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients' timelines and budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Atlassian Tool Suite and Mural
• Strong self-management skills
• Must submit to and be able to successfully complete customer required clearance, investigative or training requirements.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
• Effective Verbal and Written Communications Skills
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with JIRA and the Atlassian Tool Suite

Posted Salary Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
