Role Highlights:
Position: Senior Director, Electronic Security Systems Engineering, Estimation & CAD
Location: Manassas, VA (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)
Type: Full Time
Salary: $150,000 to $200,000
Clearance: U.S. citizen, able to obtain a clearance
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and developing a team of 6 across engineering, estimating, and CAD
Creating technical designs for access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and intercom systems before handoff to the PM and implementation teams
Directing estimates and supporting proposals for commercial and federal opportunities
Ensuring designs and estimates meet SOW requirements, SLAs, contractual obligations, and budget
Supporting field teams through installation, commissioning, and closeout
What They're Looking For:
5+ years with access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, and communications systems
5+ years of solutions engineering, requirements driven design, and systems engineering
5+ years supporting estimating, proposal development, field installation, commissioning, and project delivery
A leader who is deeply technical and equally comfortable with the contract side: SOWs, SLAs, and working within budget
Bachelor's degree highly desired
