Leads DevOps teams and assigns technical workloads; implements software development best practices; selects and implements software development languages/tools; maintains software configuration; designs, codes, tests, and troubleshoots front-end and back-end software; develops and implements APIs and web services; implements data storage solutions; designs and automates ETL processes; implements build containerization; prepares application builds for deployment; and supports system documentation.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of full-stack developer experience demonstrating proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React) and backend languages such as Java, Python, and Node.js
• 3+ years of experience leading software development teams
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS or GovCloud)
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and infrastructure
Certifications
• Oracle Certified Java Programmer I, or equivalent
• IAT Level II certification or equivalent certified experience
