Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Planner to support Headquarters Pacific Air Forces (HQ PACAF) with logistics planning and exercise support for operations throughout the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Area of Operations.

The Logistics Planner will support both PACAF and USINDOPACOM exercises and events, providing logistics planning, sustainment analysis, operational planning support, and coordination with Joint and Service component organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Plan and coordinate logistics support for PACAF and USINDOPACOM exercises, operations, and events throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
  
• 
  Develop logistics estimates, concepts of support, sustainment plans, and other operational planning products.
  
• 
  Support Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP) activities and OPLAN development.
  
• 
  Develop and coordinate TPFDD requirements supporting the deployment and mobilization of personnel and assets.
  
• 
  Analyze theater assets and operational requirements and recommend additional forces or resources when required.
  
• 
  Coordinate logistics requirements with Joint and Service component commands, subordinate headquarters, MAJCOMs, and Combatant Command-level organizations.
  
• 
  Support exercise planning conferences, operational planning events, and execution activities.
  
• 
  Provide logistics analysis, recommendations, and briefings to military and civilian leadership.
  
• 
  Identify and develop cost-effective logistics solutions that meet operational requirements and established timelines.
  
• 
  Support life-support, sustainment, transportation, personnel, and other logistics requirements associated with exercises and operations.
  
• 
  Manage multiple concurrent planning requirements in a demanding operational environment.
  
• 
  Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required to support exercises and emerging mission requirements.
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  Active Secret Clearance.
  
• 
  3+ years of hands-on logistics planning experience.
  
• 
  Experience supporting military exercises, operations, deployments, or contingency planning.
  
• 
  Working knowledge of military logistics, sustainment, and operational planning.
  
• 
  Working knowledge of the Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP).
  
• 
  Ability to develop logistics estimates, concepts of support, and operational planning products.
  
• 
  Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  
• 
  Ability to brief and coordinate effectively with military leadership, government personnel, and other stakeholders.
  
• 
  Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a demanding operational environment.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  Experience supporting PACAF, USINDOPACOM/USPACOM, or MAJCOM-level operations and exercises.
  
• 
  Experience with JOPES and TPFDD development.
  
• 
  Experience supporting OPLAN development and mobilization planning.
  
• 
  Experience developing detailed sustainment concepts and executable logistics plans.
  
• 
  Experience coordinating with Combatant Commands, MAJCOMs, Joint/Service components, and subordinate headquarters.
  
• 
  Experience supporting the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
  
• 
  Experience serving as a logistics planner or aerial events coordinator for military exercises.
  
• 
  Experience providing logistics briefings and recommendations to senior military or civilian leadership.
  
• 
  Experience supporting CONUS and OCONUS exercises or operational deployments.
  
• 
  Familiarity with exercise planning systems such as JTIMS, ARMS, CAF-SIPT, or C2IE.
