Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, building and supporting production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong hands-on experience with Client Fabric and Data Lakehouse, including OneLake, Delta Lake, and Medallion architecture/layers.
- Azure Data Factory (ADF) / Fabric Data Factory experience, including pipeline orchestration, scheduling, monitoring, and alerting.
- Experience with Oracle GoldenGate replication and Change Data Capture (CDC) from legacy Oracle environments.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Strong programming experience with Python and PySpark.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks notebooks and jobs.
- Experience developing repeatable migration scripts/processes for data transformation, cleansing, masking, and standardization.
- Experience delivering data engineering solutions for the Government / federal.
- Familiarity with federal security and delivery requirements, including Protected B, ITSG-33, and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
- Must have minimum Reliability security Clearance.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Client Purview - data cataloguing and lineage.
- Azure DevOps - CI/CD and Git branching strategies for data pipelines.
- Power BI - semantic models.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform and/or Bicep.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards and protocols.
