Job Description:
The Project Analyst will support the government Assistant Project Manager (APM) in ensuring the timely completion of action items and requests for information across assigned programs and functional areas. The Project Analyst will provide project portfolio and administrative process support, coordinate team activities, and assist leadership with management reporting and program status updates.
The Project Analyst will coordinate and oversee assigned functions to ensure staff actions, task assignments, and status reporting meet established requirements and standards. The position will also support contract compliance throughout the period of performance, including acquisition requirements packages, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), market research and analysis, and development of technical requirements.

The Project Analyst will coordinate and oversee assigned functions to ensure staff actions, task assignments, and status reporting meet established requirements and standards. The position will also support contract compliance throughout the period of performance, including acquisition requirements packages, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), market research and analysis, and development of technical requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support IPT and Scrum meetings as necessary.
- Assess vendor performance and recommend courses of action to the government team throughout the contract and system lifecycle to support successful delivery of contract requirements.
- Assist with stakeholder coordination; maintain the project schedule; and report on testing and delivery timelines, project risks, and funding execution.
- Prepare program-related documentation, including reports, briefings, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain, at a minimum, a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience in a Satellite Communications (SATCOM) environment is a plus.
- Experience with wideband satellite systems is preferred.
- Experience with the Wideband Global Satellite (WGS) constellation is preferred.
