Job Description
Description: NSI requires a Journeyman Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA 226 Program Office. Upon award of contract the candidate will participate in Naval training exercises and scheduling military training ranges. Responsible for near-term and advanced planning/ coordination for military and non-military entities across FASFAC Vacapes special use airspace and Navy Dare Bombing Range Complex. Apply analytic techniques to track service provider performance and Special Use Airspace usage. Tasks may also include site/facility logistical support and coordination of GFE, and Fleet Readiness Center assistance as required for GFE requirements. Interface with the United States Navy (USN) and Marine Corps (USMC) fleet customers and Air Control agencies to coordinate the use of Contracted Air Services controlled aircraft and government pod assets and monitor CAS assets in support of fleet exercises, fleet detachments, and FRS training. Tasks may include site/facility logistical support coordination with associated infrequent travel to support Commander, Strike Group 4 fleet exercises.
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Education: BA/BS degree.
Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience performing same or equivalent described in the functional description. Experience with military and civilian airport ground and flight operations. Experience scheduling aircraft and special use airspace.
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
