Informatica IDMC Administrator - REMOTE (1059)

Position Overview

Herdt Consulting is seeking an experienced Informatica IDMC Administrator to support a large-scale Workday implementation for a state government client. This role will administer and support the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environment, helping ensure the platform is secure, stable, connected, and ready to support enterprise data management activities. The consultant will work across technical teams to manage runtime services, connectivity, access, monitoring, troubleshooting, and environment operations in a complex enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Informatica IDMC environments, services, users, roles, groups, and permissions.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Secure Agents , runtime environments, connections, and supporting services.
• Monitor platform health , jobs, connectivity, and operational issues; support incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Support environment configuration , release and change management, and migration across development, test, and production environments.
• Maintain platform standards, operating procedures, technical documentation, and access controls.
• Collaborate with data governance, data quality, lineage, integration, security, and application teams to enable reliable IDMC services.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on administration experience with Inform atica IDMC .
• Strong experience with Secure Agents , runtime environments, connections, user/role administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments with formal change, release, and incident-management practices.
• Working knowledge of cloud networking, authentication/security concepts, APIs, databases, and enterprise data integration.
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross-team problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday or another SaaS ERP implementation.
• Experience with CDGC, CDQ, CDI, CAI, or other IDMC services.
• Experience supporting state/local government, financial systems, or another highly regulated enterprise environment.
