- Bachelor's degree plus at least six (6) years of experience OR at least 10 years of experience relevant to a technical function being supported within the designated assigned Group per Tab C Skills Matrix
- Demonstrated successful experience developing well documented, actionable, measurable, testable, traceable requirements supporting development activities
- Demonstrated successful experience applying critical thinking to analyzing project and programs to identify technical risks that may impact successful delivery of the developed capability
- Demonstrated successful experience developing CONOPS diagrams using industry best practices by meeting with project stakeholders
- Demonstrated successful experience forecasting technologies and products that are related to and would advance the Sponsors mission area
- Demonstrated experience providing independent assessment of projects regarding technical risk and suggest potential improvement on technical functionality
- Demonstrated successful experience analyzing vendor design documentation to meet Sponsor requirements
- Demonstrated successful experience developing comprehensive project plans that transition Sponsor research concepts into mission ready capabilities
- Demonstrated successful experience working with Test Teams to create adhoc test cases to fully characterize developed capabilities
- Demonstrated successful experience working with IC or DoD Targeting officers to identify new opportunities to enable operations
- Must have TS/SCI W/Poly
- Technical Program Manager (TPM) shall have current PMP or equivalent certification and demonstrated program management experience of at least 5 years managing a similar number of FTE
- Additionally, the TPM shall meet the requirements of a SETA-Expert level in at least 5 of the detailed Areas described above.
