Per Diem ICU RN

This role is a full-time W‑2 position with MedAllyon. To help you determine whether this opportunity aligns with your experience and expectations, please review the requirements below.
• Requires a current and valid U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license; some roles may also require state‑specific RN licensure depending on the work location.
• Requires a current and active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the contract (for example, U.S. citizens or individuals holding valid work authorization).
• MedAllyon part‑time employment agreements are one‑year terms (renewable annually) and require a commitment to cover at least one shift per week throughout the agreement period.
• This is a full-time W-2 role and is eligible for MedAllyon Total Rewards benefits, except paid time off. MedAllyon full-time W-2 employees in this role do not accrue PTO, except where required by applicable law.
What You Will Do :
The Per Diem ICU RN provides high‑quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. This role supports the ICU on an as‑needed basis, offering flexibility while ensuring safe, efficient, and evidence‑based patient care.
Required Qualifications
• 2 yrs RN experience
• 1 year of recent ICU experience
• RN license
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS-preferred
• CCRN-preferred
• Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent preferred
