Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an excellent opportunity for a Technician II, Executive Driver at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The Technician II, Executive Driver will work as part of the Missile Defense Deployment and Sustainment Operations Contract and will ensure safe transportation for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Director and other leaders who visit Redstone Arsenal. Must be able to attain a courier card to deliver or pick up sensitive packages for executives. The Technician II, Executive Driver will support all visiting Senior Executive Staff members (SES) who are on TDY to Redstone Arsenal from other locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe vehicle operation
• Interact and respond to client requests and situations in a friendly, courteous manner
• Strive for punctuality at scheduled times
• Maintain an unfailingly professional and courteous attitude in demanding and difficult road situations
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
• Maintain exterior and interior cleanliness of vehicles
• Maintain strict professionalism and confidentiality for all clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Interim Secret clearance is required on day one and must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance over the life of the contract
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to greet passengers professionally.
• Ability to maintain a driver's license.
• Physically fit with full use of arms, legs, and back.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required training and certifications.
• Ability to use computers to search for and generate information using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
