THE WORK
This position will support both the Stratford and Bridgeport, CT locations. The successful and experienced candidate for this position will support multiple programs, enforcing DoDM5205.07 and ICD-705 requirements. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: personnel and physical security management, media and document control, subcontractor security management, inspection readiness and self-inspections, security education, and other duties as assigned. This is a first shift position, but may occassionally require work to be extended or modified to meet mission requirements.

Basic Qualifications
Final Secret security clearance, current within five (5) years, ability to obtain TS Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access Familiar with working in classified environments and/or with classified materials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to partner with internal and external customers and teammates
Desired Skills
Experience working in an industrial security position and/or SAPs Familiarity with the 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM5205.07, and ICD-705 Prior Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. This position is considered experienced, but still a learner.

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00
