GovCIO is hiring for a Communciations Manager onsite in Springfield, VA.

Responsibilities
- Ensures effective communication among Customer, the Contractor, and stakeholders
- Develops a Communications Management Plan aligned to contract objectives
- Provides proactive, accurate, timely communications on services, major incidents, outages, and changes
- Tailors communication channels and content to various stakeholder groups
- Defines regular communication mechanisms for planning, prioritization, performance review, and issue resolution
- Coordinates with Customer program offices and business units (including FRMs), other Customer contractors, DHS components, airport authorities, and relevant agencies
- Participates in Contractor-to-Contractor (C2C) collaboration to ensure compatibility with other providers
- Identifies and resolve cross-contract frictions (tools, processes, schedules)
- Facilitates regular stakeholder engagement cycles for requirements, expectations, and dependencies
- Supports Customer reporting, oversight, and strategic planning by providing requested data and artifacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's with 12+ years communications management experience (or commensurate experience)
- Must have experience in the development of campaigns for both communication and training to facilitate maximum user adoption with new and existing systems as well as for self-service adoption
- Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance
