Job Description
Position Summary:
Support USARCENT foreign disclosure activities by reviewing proposed releases, applying National Disclosure Policy requirements, coordinating disclosure actions, and managing foreign visit requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform first-level review of foreign-disclosure requests received through automated systems.
• Screen requests for applicable release authorities and coordinate with submitters when additional information is required.
• Assist USARCENT staff in interpreting the National Disclosure Policy and advising on classification and releasability.
• Review documents, imagery, equipment, and data proposed for foreign release and prepare staff actions for approval.
• Manage foreign visit requests and provide approval/disapproval recommendations.
• Coordinate with external organizations to validate and process foreign-disclosure and foreign-visit actions.
Required Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Foreign Disclosure Officer, Foreign Disclosure Representative, or comparable role.
• Prior attendance at the Army Foreign Disclosure Officer Course, DIA Foreign Disclosure Officer Course, or equivalent.
• Experience with a COCOM or Army Service Component Command environment.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to interpret policy.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain the required security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Current TS/SCI eligibility/access.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform contract requirements and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct appropriate to a U.S. Army headquarters environment.
• Must comply with applicable security, information-assurance, training, access, and contractor-identification requirements.

This is a full-time FalconTek position supporting an awarded U.S. Army Central staff-augmentation contract at Shaw AFB. The employee will work as a contractor member of the FalconTek team while supporting the assigned USARCENT staff section.
