Job Description
Network Engineer-NOC
Location: Washington, DC
Required Clearance: Public Trust

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures the smooth operation and optimal performance of our data center infrastructure.
- Primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain the health, stability, and security of our data center environments.
- Regularly monitors the performance, availability, and capacity of data center systems and networks using monitoring tools and software.
- Proactively identifies, investigates, and resolves any issues or anomalies to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Responds promptly to any system alerts or incidents, assess their impact, and take appropriate actions to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Escalates critical issues to relevant teams and ensure proper documentation throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Performs routine maintenance tasks such as server patching, firmware upgrades, and system backups to ensure the integrity and security of data center components.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to plan and execute maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
