Job Description
GovCIO is currently hiring for a DRSN Engineer/Administrator to supportan upcoming award/contract. This position will be located in the United States and will be fully onsite position.

Responsibilities
- Provides technical leadership for major IT field support services in classified settings, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives
- Directs and controls all field support activities providing 24x7x365 DRSN operations, maintenance, and administration at FC
- Supports DRSN ATO maintenance
- Provides on-site DRSN support to external locati ons as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 6 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
- 6 years experience in IT support
- Security+ certification and DRSN experience
- Possesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systems
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategies
- Possesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for staff at International locations
- Exhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service delivery
- Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI clearnace
