Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Computing architectures and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities; designing information management systems; and analyzing system process changes resulting from policy decisions
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).

- Creates and maintains enterprise applications using a full-stack skill-set across multiple development platforms, frameworks, and programming languages as needed.
- Generates new or modifies existing programs using high-level programming and database languages. Writes, compiles, debugs, tests, and implements program code.
- Performs system studies of current and future systems to evaluate their effectiveness in accomplishing the Human Resources Command (HRC) mission.
- Provides technical guidance to functional users on the formulation of system requirements, advising on alternate approaches and suggesting modifications.
