InDev is seeking a Salesforce Report Developer to create, maintain, and optimize CRM data visibility. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, department heads, and end-users to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate them into robust, user-friendly reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, be capable of abstracting business goals and needs into specific data metrics and have strong interpersonal skills to explain technical data concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report & Dashboard Design: Build, customize, and maintain complex tabular, summary, matrix, and joined reports, as well as dynamic executive dashboards.


• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to define metric and reporting needs.


• Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reports.


• Performance Optimization: Clean up, streamline, and optimize slow-running or redundant reports, custom formulas, and roll-up summary fields


• Access Management: Configure and manage folder structures, sharing settings, and dynamic dashboard visibility to ensure users see only authorized data.


• Advanced Analytics Integration: Assist in connecting Salesforce data to external BI tools (such as Tableau and CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics) when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.


• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing reporting tools within the Salesforce ecosystem (including CRM Analytics and Tableau).


• Deep expertise in Salesforce Standard and Custom Report Types, joined reports, bucket fields, and conditional formatting.


• Strong skills in creating custom formulas, summary formulas, and workflow rules/flows that feed accurate data into reports.


• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, object relationships (Master-Detail, Lookup), and sharing/security models.


• Excellent capability to translate abstract business goals into specific data metrics and KPI tracking frameworks


• Strong interpersonal skills to explain technical data concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVES

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.


• Knowledge of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) to troubleshoot underlying data structures.

Clearance: U.S. Citizen; Active DHS clearance or Top Secret DoD Clearance.
