Hoplite Solutions is seeking a SharePoint/Joomla Web Developer to support mission-facing web development, site administration, and digital learning efforts. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing SharePoint and Joomla environments, supporting data ingestions and scripting through PowerShell, creating and maintaining web-based trainings, and integrating AI tools into workflows to improve efficiency, usability, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in SharePoint
• Demonstrated experience using PowerShell for data ingestions and running scripts in SharePoint
• Demonstrated experience using Joomla site design and site administration; considerable skills and knowledge in Joomla 3 to 5 conversion
• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining WBTs
• Proficient in website coding and development, including PHP, JavaScript, C++, and related languages
• Knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools - both internal and external - including the ability to integrate AI into workflows and communicate their use to others
Desired Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or a related field from an accredited institution
• UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institution
