Contingent Pipeline Notice
This description represents a prospective position. Applications will populate our active talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming delivery order requests supporting the NC3 modernization enterprise in Albuquerque, NM.
Position Overview
Performs administration functions related to operating a secured facility, including classified document control, publication distribution, classification management and processing, and coordination with Government Task Managers and the Contractor's Program Manager. Provides audit support during the development of software and hardware. Conducts preliminary reviews of computer use and makes recommendations to management personnel regarding security needs for effective operations while monitoring physical security for conformance to government requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Secured Facility Administration: Govern classified material intake, logging, storage, and destruction processes across the facility.
Interface Coordination: Act as a critical facility security liaison between Government Task Managers, Prime FSOs, and your corporate leadership teams.
Audit Support & Review: Support configuration teams during hardware/software build audits; evaluate terminal computer logs to verify policy adherence.
Physical Security Monitoring: Monitor physical access points, badges, and alarm parameters to maintain perfect federal security alignment.
Level 2 & 3 Evolution: Assume broader program security responsibilities, managing insider threat protocols and processing specialized personnel actions.
Specific Technical & NC3 Qualifications
Security Clearing Repositories: Full operational proficiency in DISS, NISS, and NBIS.
Regulatory Frameworks: Direct application of NISPOM guidelines and ICD-705 standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
