Contingent Pipeline Notice
This description represents a prospective position. Applications will populate our active talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming delivery order requests supporting the NC3 modernization enterprise in Albuquerque, NM.
Position Overview
Responsible for the overall management of specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner. Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects. Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills while ensuring quality products and services are delivered.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Task Order Ownership: Manage task execution schedules, financial boundaries, and technical output for assigned project divisions.
Resource Coordination: Direct subcontractor personnel allocations to optimize production matrices and deliver high-quality services.
Stakeholder Communications: Serve as the primary, polished communications interface to the prime contractor's leadership teams.
Level 2 & 3 Evolution: Direct larger multi-million dollar programmatic efforts, manage complex risk structures, and navigate multi-company staffing footprints.
Specific Technical & NC3 Qualifications
GovCon Frameworks: Deep familiarity with FAR guidelines, sub-contractor-to-prime relationship matrices, and military program reviews.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required for Level 3.
Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance.
